Have you ever wondered...?

Have you ever wondered what happens if you put some eggs on the stove to hard-boil and then forget about them because you got caught up in writing your blog?

No? Well, of course not! Who on earth would do such a nonsensical thing?

Oh... me. I did (as I hang my head in shame).

Well, what happens is, your pot gets burned once all of the boiling water evaporates. Then, the eggs will begin to explode, leaving a mess on your stove, counter tops, and freshly cleaned floors.

I highly recommend NOT doing this.

Project "Neglect Boiling Eggs" = FAIL!

Notice the burned pot, messy stove from it overboiling, and the piece of eggshell there above the handle?
