This week I tried to go with a simple menu plan, that would be easy to stick to even with out busy schedules. Here we go:
Monday: Hamburgers, Baked French Fries, Carrot Sticks
Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas and Quesadillas with beans & rice
Wednesday: Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Green Salad
Thursday: BLT Sandwiches, Chips, Fruit, Carrot Sticks (dinner on the go for a Little League game)
Friday: Little Caesar's Hot & Ready pizza & wings ($10. Another Little League game night) Subject to change if Vons has a great $5 Friday meal offer!
Saturday: Sloppy Joe's, Tater Tots, Carrot Sticks, Melon. (We are having an Easter celebration at our home on this day, so we may have leftovers instead of this dinner...)
Sunday: Dinner Out (We are going to our first Angels game of the season on this day, so junk food it is!)
