I'm a day late because I didn't want my 100th post to be a menu plan. So here is our dinner menu for this week:
Monday: Hot dogs, Macaroni & Cheese, Homemade French Fries
Tuesday: Velveeta Nacho Supreme Cheesy Skillet Meal
Wednesday: Pork Loin, Rice, Green Beans, Green Salad
Thursday: Use leftover Pork Loin to make Chile Verde Burritos, Beans & Rice
Friday: Dinner out or BBQ at home with friends.
Saturday: Grilled Chicken Breasts, butter & Parmesan pasta, steamed veggies.
Sunday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, biscuits.
